Where's your focus?

Encouragment

Sometimes we can focus solely on the bad in a situation that we do not consider what good could come from it. Or if we do consider the good it’s based on limited thinking and limited beliefs.

Why? Why is it so hard to see good?

As I sat with this I realized I needed clarity on a few things:

  1. What is your prayer concerning this “bad/hard” thing ? Is it for the good of others and the glory of God?
  2. What does God say about this "bad/hard" thing ? Have you stuck a scripture on this situation ?
  3. What’s your hearts condition concerning this “bad/hard” thing ? Are you living and operating from trauma? Or are you healed, set free, and delivered ?

When faced with difficulties or challenges we choose to run or fight. Once I realized this I found out that I was a runner, a track star! Okay?! I would leave you right where you messed up.

But as God begin to show me that to run or to fight is a CHOICE! I realized that he would keep putting me in the ring and I had to choose to FIGHT. I had to choose what is a battle, a giant, or a mole hill. Notice all three were in the ring with me, but all three shouldn’t have caused me to flee.

As a matter of fact God helped me to see that I am not the one that was suppose to be doing the fleeing! I am suppose to be speaking to these situations.

So today Reader, let’s sit down and do a self check.

  1. What’s your heart condition? Write it down.
  2. What’s your scripture ? Write it down.
  3. What’s your prayer ? Write it down.

Next time we talk we can check and see what changed ?

Was it your heart, your prayer, or your situation.

Love you, bye.

Danielle ❤️
